We used Check Twice for a four point and wind mitigation inspection. The price was reasonable, we received the results quickly, and they were super helpful in providing additional recommendations of things we could do to potentially save additional money on our home insurance. I would highly recommend!

Check Twice responded quickly to my request for inspection. The inspector was thorough in the inspection process and was able to locate the window certification labels in the glass corners that I could not even see. This is a big deal to me to obtain a discount on my already expensive property insurance. My previous wind mitigation inspection company could not locate the inscribed labels which cost me considerably over the last 4 years. I recommend Check Twice, they saved me money and looked closely.

Love that this is family owned and they are not looking to make a quick dollar, rather setting the prices for the amount of time taken. Patsy texted and responded quickly to any questions/concerns. Very easy to setup and complete. Had the survey results in the same day.Very Professional, objective highly recommend. Prices are unbeatable and family team are courteous, taking time to explain and answer any questions. I don't typically do these but they deserve community support. Thanks!
