We booked Wayne and Patsy for both our pre-drywall and final inspection on our new build home and they were such a such a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service and communication every step of the way. Received our reports same-day and Wayne called to go over any issues found and advised accordingly. Wayne even took the time to review all concerns with our builder's superintendent to advise of proper repairs. We will be using them for our warranty inspection in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone who wants peace of mind when purchasing a home.

We are first time home buyers. Wayne found some really important issues on our home inspection that would have been costly for us if they were not spotted ahead of time. The newer roof was installed improperly and without a permit, there was no breaker for the hot water tank, wood rot in the attic had not been taken care of, the dishwasher wasn't connected and more. I cannot explain how awesome this company was. I called on a monday, had a rep out here the literal next day and he was early. Their price beats everyone out of the water. I had the report WITHIN HOURS. He finished at 2pm and I got the report at 4pm. Ive had many inspections done over the past decade and never once did I get the report even in the same day let alone hours. Dont bother with anyone else (ive tried them), go with these guys.
