We are first time home buyers. Wayne found some really important issues on our home inspection that would have been costly for us if they were not spotted ahead of time. The newer roof was installed improperly and without a permit, there was no breaker for the hot water tank, wood rot in the attic had not been taken care of, the dishwasher wasn't connected and more.
